Please return the product for repair to the address below. Be sure to include payment with the returned product. All repairs are carried out by AVD Computer Services on a fixed labour cost basis. The cost of parts will be added to this, but if this cost is likely to be significant, before proceeding with a repair we will send a quotation for approval.
For your own protection, be certain you ship the product by a recognised Courier or other trackable method. Products lost in transit to the SEIKO Precision repair facility are the responsibility of the customer. In order to keep the cost of the Repair as low as possible, Freight costs to and from the SEIKO Precision Repair center are the responsibility of the customer.
Please include with your product the following information:

  • Your return address , Telephone Number, Fax Number
  • Dated proof of purchase (to show the Product is under warranty) for warranty repair or payment for out of warranty repair.
  • Details of the fault, including examples where applicable
Your product will be repaired and sent back within 4 working days subject to parts availability (Monday-Friday) of receipt at the SEIKO Precision Repair Center.

Out of warranty Repair Charges:
Please note that these Inspection/Repair charges are payable regardless of whether the quotation (including parts) is accepted or not. This is because most of the work involved in carrying out a repair is required to isolate a problem.
