The HiTi 640DL is a fast, durable and reliable computer based commercial digital photo printer with 403dpi high resolution. It is designed for heavy duty continuous and batch printing, perfect for mini-lab and business applications.

D2T2 403dpi True Colour Continuous-Tone printing
Using Dye Diffusion Thermal Transfer (D2T2) technology, the Hi-Ti Photo Printer 640DL is designed for those who take precision and quality seriously. The Thermal head heats three ribbon panels coated in Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. The heating process converts the dye to gas that diffuses into a thin receiving layer on the paper. An overcoating layer then protects the colour from water and ultra-violet rays which prevents the prints from fading.

Automatic Temperature and Humidity Detection
The HiTi photo printer 640DL features auto-detection of temperature and humidity. The built in sensors can detect the temperature and humidity and adjust the printing mode. The adjustments guarantee the best photo quality print available.

Magic Coating Technology Increases Durability
Magic Coating Technology keeps your photo prints perfect with waterproof and UV protection. HiTi photo prints will outlast inkjet prints with a durability that is equal to prints from a photo-lab.

Economical Printing capacity of up to 100 Prints
Different paper cassetes allow users to easily swap between outputs such as 4"x6" photo paper and various sticker sizes. The 100 sheet capacity cassette is ideal for commercial use.

Unique "Watermark" effect
Choose the built in patterns or import your own images to create unique patterned photos with a translucent design impressed on the print visible when the photo is held to the light.

Parallel Printing (up to 8 Printers)
The HiTi Photo Printer 640DL allows multiple printer connections through the USB port and an inexpensive USB hub. One PC can connect to and run up to 8 photo printers for heavy duty photo outputs.

Heavy-Duty 4x6 inch Borderless Photo Outputs
The HiTi Photo Printer 640DL is capable of 30 sheet continuous printing of 4"x6" borderless photo prints that facilitates high productivity rates and decreased labour costs. produces full sized 4 x 6 inch prints without any white border removing the need for cutting or trimming.

Fuzzy Print Media Management
If the image type and consumable type are inconsistent a warning message will ask users to select the correct media. For parallel printing the auto search function selects the consumable type.

Smart LED Messenger
The Smart LED Messenger monitors the status of the printer and 3 LED light communicate information about paper loads, errors nand power status.
