M-24 How fast do you want ?
Rated at 32 A4 pages per minute, the M-24 is the printer of choice for demanding high volume environments. Available options include a duplex unit which prints and completes forms in one run. Its extremely short first page time of only 8 seconds, large paper trays and the optional 2000 sheet large capacity feeder combine to reduce manual intervention and waiting times to a minimum. The M-32 can take large amounts of correspondence, envelopes and forms in its stride. |

Ion Deposition
The Ion Deposition technology enables printing on much thicker paper, such as card, labels etc up to 200g/m2. The printing process consists of long life main unit, image receptor and drum.
The drum benefits from a complex coating to give a particular hardness to help it withstand wear and tear. Ion deposition is a gentle process compared to most other printing technologies. With a very flat paper path that accepts extremely thick paper and at the same time reduces the risk of paper jams and the subsequent wear and tear on the internal components.
All of these factors combine to give a monthly duty cycle of 200,000 pages, a maintenance interval of 500,000 pages and a rated life of 12 million impressions. Which in turn gives an incredibly low cost per page.
1.Create Latent image on dielectric drum.
2.Developing with single component toner.
3.Transfer
4.Clean residual toner & erase change on drum.
5.Fix toner image by fuser unit. 1. Durable and robust drum and process protect against the sharper edge of Tag and label stock.
2 Direct writing on Image receptor drum creates clear printing of Bar codes.
Optional PCMCIA emulation card has Magnum Code V and IGP.
3. Line Printer replacement with optional PCMCIA emulation of Printronix P-series Line printers.
