SL-80AI

Dip Switch Settings

The SEIKOSHA SL-80AI printer uses the following Dip Switch settings. Please refer to the printer manual for details of how to set these printers up.

Note: The printer must be turned off before you can change any of the switches. The current DIP Switch settings cannot be printed on this printer.

If you have been printing, allow the Print head to cool down before touching it. The Dip switches are loacated at the back of the printer under the plastic lid. The DIP switches are only read after the initialisation process either by turning the printer on or by receiving the INITIAL signal via the Parallel Interface. For Dip switch 1-7, however, its change is always valid. Switch 1-1 is closest to the Interface with 2-8 closest to the power socket.
