Product Repair: UK & Europe

Please return the product for repair to the address below. Be sure to include payment with the returned product. All repairs are carried out by AVD Computer Services on a fixed labour cost basis. The cost of parts will be added to this, but if this cost is likely to be significant, before proceeding with a repair we will send a quotation for approval.
For your own protection, be certain you ship the product by a recognised Courier or other trackable method. Products lost in transit to the SEIKO Precision repair centre are the responsibility of the customer. Freight costs to and from the SEIKO Precision Repair centre are the responsibility of the customer.
Please include with your product the following information:

  • Your return address, Telephone Number, Fax Number
  • Dated proof of purchase (to show the Product is under warranty) for warranty repair or payment for out of warranty repair.
  • Details of the fault, including examples where applicable
