The BP-5780 II can print all major types of bar code: Industrial 2 of 5, Matrix 2 of 5, Interleaved 2 of 5, Code 3 of 9, Code 93, Codabar, UPC-A, Code 128, UPC-E, Code 11, EAN-13, EAN-8 and Postnet.

High-quality output

In addition to the 2 resdient fonts (Roman and Sans-serif), 7 optional fonts (Courier, Prestige, Gothic, Script, Orator, OCR-A and OCR-B) are available on ROM.

Menu system with memory

The innovative 2-level menu system (no DIP switches) displays selections on the 16-digit LCD panel. It can even store 3 complete configurations for instant recall. Detailed error messages further enhance operating ease.

Sophisticated features

When it comes to media handling, the BP-5780 II is equally impressive - in addition to two optional cut-sheet-feeder there's even a label mode that prevents peeling. Also, automatic bail control enables printing to begin within 6mm from the top of a new sheet. Other welcome features include horizantal character alignment, auto-scroll capability, and an optional 64-Kbyte expansion RAM that can be used either to expand the print buffer (84-Kbyte maximum) or to store downloaded characters, or both.
